Dan’s passion for narratives has helped him find a natural fit moving into the world of filmmaking. He is just as happy directing a TV commercial or alone on a fishing trawler. Having won awards for his photography, his work has picked up accolades for TV campaigns. During the pandemic Dan became one of the Directors of Food and Drink North East (FADNE) and co- founder of GRUB Productions. Working on personal short stories has also led to making a his first feature length documentary. This undeniable curiosity can only mean an exciting future to create more.
